End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 11th December 2024

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Orchard Events ("Company") governing your access to and use of the Company’s services, including but not limited to its websites, mobile applications, and event-related services (collectively referred to as the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

License Grant

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

Restrictions

You shall not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services.
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by the Company or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Use the Services responsibly and ethically.
• Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

Termination

The Company may terminate this Agreement and revoke your access to the Services at any time for breach of this Agreement or other valid reasons.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
